Why is the price of used car X wrong?

The price of a used car is based on its odometer, and its odometer is
random, hence there will be variations in the used car prices. The prices
on this site are averages from the observations of members of the GTPlanet.net forum. Eventually
I'd like to link to the Used Car Database to show price ranges, or be in
some way more accurate, but I think the averages serve their purpose well
for now.

What's a game day?

Everytime you see a loading bar, a game day passes. To check your current
total game days, follow Famine of GTPlanet.net forum's advice:
Go to your PS3's browser, or "XMB", go to Game, up to Save Game Data
(PS3) and find the GT5 file. This will tell you the game day you are on.
